I haven't had such a delicious goose leg in a long time! Better than Grandma's. And there was a delicious Pinot Noir. From now on, I'll only order from the barn!

On November 6, 2020, we received our ordered free-range goose. We were impressed by the quality, and the cooking instructions were spot on. We had a delicious family meal and can highly recommend it.

We picked up a goose to go on December 19, 2020. As always, it was a poem, and the ROOOOOTkooohl, mmmh. It was worth it, as always.

We tried the goose to go for the first time at Christmas 2020, and it was a delight. The final preparation was absolutely flawless, and the flavor was top-notch. We haven't had a better restaurant goose yet. Even two weeks later, we highly recommend the quarter goose with all the trimmings for pickup. Tried your "goose to go" for the first time. Prepared exactly according to the enclosed instructions. A culinary delight! There's nothing to complain about. There's plenty of red cabbage, kale, dumplings, and sauce. The goose is tender and well-stuffed with apples and other ingredients. One goose is easily enough for 8-10 people. The family loved it. Highly recommended!

The packaging alone shows that these are made by experts who know what they're doing; the preparation instructions are foolproof. The goose comes out crispy from the oven, is incredibly easy to carve thanks to its perfect cooking time, has very little fat, and impresses with a truly epic flavor experience. The red cabbage is simply amazing. This is what Christmas tastes like!

On December 24, 2020, we devoured the fans we ordered from you. It was a delight. The goose was tender, the red cabbage was perfect, the dumplings were delicious—you have to love the kale.
