§ 01 Scope

For business relations with the customer, the following General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed via the online shop in the version valid at the time of the order.

§ 02 Conclusion of contract

The contract with us is concluded when you click the "order with payment" button during the ordering process.

§ 03 Information about the non-existence of a right of withdrawal

Consumers do not have a right of withdrawal because the goods we offer are not suitable for return due to their nature, or they may spoil quickly or their expiration date would be exceeded.

§ 04 Delivery, shipping costs, transfer of risk

Delivery is subject to the shipping costs stated in each individual case.

  • If the customer is a consumer, we always bear the shipping risk, regardless of the shipping method.
  • If the customer is an entrepreneur, all risks and dangers of shipment shall pass to the customer as soon as the goods have been handed over by us to the appointed logistics partner.
Important note: Delivery will be made exactly at the time specified in the item description (fixed-time delivery). Please ensure that you can accept the goods at this time. Otherwise, you will be in default of acceptance. If the goods cannot be delivered, the logistics service provider commissioned by us will return them to us. Therefore, please ensure that you can accept the goods.

§ 05 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full and definitively.

§ 06 Payments

Only the payment methods displayed to the customer during the ordering process are accepted.

§ 07 Warranty

The warranty is based on statutory provisions.

§ 08 Information for consumers in distance selling contracts and customer information in electronic commerce contracts

  • a) Codes of Conduct: We are not subject to any specific codes of conduct not mentioned above.
  • b) Input errors: You can identify any input errors when placing your order during the final confirmation before submitting your contract declaration and correct them at any time using the delete and change function before submitting the order.
  • c) Product features & offers: The essential features of the goods we offer as well as the validity period of limited-time offers can be found in the individual product descriptions on our website.
  • d) Contract language: The language available for concluding the contract is German.
  • e) Complaints & Warranty: Complaints and warranty claims can be submitted to the address provided in the provider's identification.
  • f) Storage of the contract text: We do not store the contract text and therefore it is not accessible to you as a customer after the contract has been concluded. However, you can print the contract text using your browser's print function and save it on your computer using your browser's "Save" function.
  • g) Payment, Delivery & Fulfillment: Information regarding payment, delivery or fulfillment can be found in the offer.

§ 09 Miscellaneous

The contractual relationship between us and the customer, as well as the respective terms and conditions, shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the customer is a consumer, the statutory provisions and rights applicable to the protection of consumers under the law of the country in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence, from which no deviation may be made by agreement, remain unaffected by this agreement. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

§ 10 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, or should they subsequently lose their legal validity, the validity of the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain unaffected.
