The goose season starts this year on October 18, 2025

This year, we will once again treat our guests to an excellent roast goose. As always, we roast only whole geese in the barn and serve either a quarter goose as a plated meal or whole geese for four people. Our heated winter tent also provides additional space and can even accommodate exclusive parties for up to 60 people.




If you would prefer to enjoy our delicious roast goose at home, you can also take advantage of our "roast goose delivery service" until the end of January.

This year, in addition to our classic "barn-fed goose," we are also offering a small-farm Polish free-range goose for an additional charge. The absolute top-class geese from the Claaßen poultry farm in the Oldenburg area round out our offering!
