    Place the whole ducks belly/breast side up, or the half ducks cut side down, on a baking sheet. Arrange the marinated potatoes on one side of the baking sheet, sprinkle them with coarse salt, and place the baking sheet on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 160°C (convection oven), and heat for 10 minutes . Then increase the temperature to 230°C (450°F) , and let the roast duck and potatoes finish cooking for another 25 minutes . Meanwhile, heat the port wine and duck sauce in a saucepan over medium heat, bringing it to a brief simmer. Heat the kohlrabi creamed vegetables over low heat, stirring occasionally. Heat the early summer root vegetables in a saucepan or pan, and they can also be given a little roasted flavor. The herb butter included in the package adds a delicate touch to the vegetables.
